New Story!

Hey, Blackdawn here. I have another story up in the Free4all section called, Home of the Heart, about a man who wakes up in a hospital after the ship he was on crashes and befriends a nurse then goes on a search to find his crew members, an unclassified alien race who adopted him since his teenage years, and on his search finds more then expected.

Shutting his eyes again and clenched his teeth trying to force it back down but it came swelling upwards, he opened his eyes with a gasp as it touched his shoulder blade then quickly spread out across his back, he screamed. The stabbing pain had wrapped itself around his neck and collar bone then just shot down to his ribs, his screaming quickly turned to shrieks, it then went through each rib bone and to his back that went down to his legs.

Tears began to form as he cried out in agony, he took in a breath but then couldn't breathe out, it felt as if his lungs locked in one position and didn't want to expand, his mouth opened, trying to scream and breathe all at the same time but nothing came out. He saw someone had jumped onto him, hovering just above and felt its hands press onto his chest and started pushing on him.

Hicks Revolution-New Chapter

Well I know I've been inactive on the FanFic side of AVP but now I'm back with a new chapter to Aliens: Hicks Revolution:
"All around us, black monsters came wave after wave, flowing over the metal walls
of the Starship Outbreak. Outbreak, how ironic. An outbreak of Xenomorphs had
occurred. It was mayhem and yet again, me and my squad of badasses had been sent to
deal with it."

Yep, chapter 2 is up and here's a taster:

"Peterson nodded and opened the re-enforced door.
The "sniffer" dogs greeted the team warm heartedly, licking the palms of the team as they walked through. Once the tall alien warrior stepped into the base, everybody went silent. All the guards looked while reaching for their weapons.... the civilians began to hide with a look of total fear in their eyes..."

Chapter switch around.

This isn't another chapter update but more of a modification chapter update.
I got so tired of rewriting the first to second chapters, plus more, of my Free-4-All story, Final Fight: Torn Between Two Worlds. So what decided to do, until I get the story flowing better offline, is to post an example/spoiler chapter, the one I've chosen is called Sewers of Neon City.

Here's a little piece of the chapter:

He laid his hand on his side and gasped, feeling his insides start to tingle as blood gradually made it's way up his throat and out his mouth with a wet cough, he went weak in his knees then his arms started shaking. Not being able to walk another step he collapsed onto his knees, Jarra also falling to her knees and quickly said some encouraging words to help him stand and walk, but they didn't work.

"J . . . arra," He said in a faint, gasp like whisper, "I-I cannot go any further."

Slowly, he started leaning to the right until his injured side laid on the cold metal flooring and Jarra released the arm she had been clinging to.

"Tashi," She said laying her hands on his chest, "Come on, you have to get up, we're almost to the ship."

Tashi's labored breathing had become faint as he tried holding his breath every few seconds to hold back the pain swelling in him. "I told you Jarra," He said very slowly, "I cannot go any further." His eyeslids begun closing until they were but black slits, "I'm . . . just so tired."

Chapter Eight!

It's been awhile since I posted any chapters to Da'tou's story but now I have some free time on my hands, here is chapter eight -Tale of Warriors, to Da'tou's Story.

"So why am I here then, are you saying that I am the True Warrior?" She said joke fully.

"Yes," She replied simply.

Da'tou looked to the wise woman in shock and jumped to her feet, her head hitting the ceiling as she did so, she was at loss of words for what to say but through her mixture of babbled sentences spilling out she was able to say one sentence clearly. "Have you gone insane, I was only joking!?"

Chapter Four!

Here's chapter four to, Dare to Kill a Daredevil.

Matt shook his head with a sigh, people these days, walking down the alley to the man seeing if he was in need of help, but the appearance of the man began to take shape with the more noise he made.

The drunk was big, a giant as a matter of fact, the height of a basketball player but the body mass of a Line Backer.

The drunk fell to his hands and knees and started vomiting.

He gasped. Did his vision finally go down the drain, or was this some guy in a costume? He didn't look human, not at all, he was hideous: Mandibles for a mouth, no nose, a big flat forehead with thick tentacle looking dreadlocks, the rest of him looked more human, in a way. This had to be a costume.

The NEW Look Of AbsoluteAvP.Com

As you may have noticed, AbsoluteAvP.Com, has a new look !!!

A few extra things will appear on the pages over the next few days to complete the updating process, but most features are now up.

Nope, this isn't a new story or chapter upload. This is a newsie about my site that I have finally finished, Blackdawn's Domain.
There are plenty of drawings, stories, poems and photography from other people as well as myself that are posted on it.
There are also a two AvP and one Aliens story on my site that most of the members here haven't read. Why not check 'em out? And there is a link where they can be revied, so if you read it and liked it then let the author know by leaving a review.

Fan Movie Interviews

Well here are 3 interviews i've had with people who are making there own fan movie, these interviews are for my avp site AVPWorld;

Well I've had an interview with Steven Johnson, the guy behind the new spoof based on the AVP movie:
"Corpral Hicks-So what is your involvment in this project and how did
you get involved?

Steven Johnson- Solo operation run by me. The movie consists of hand
drawn artwork, plus art from AvP1 and 2, as well as audio from both
games, mostly avp1."

Well I recently had an interview with Damon Weller, one of the men behind the new Alien fan film, Alien 5-Squared:
"First of all, the film is a dark comedy, a parody/homage really. It's a toy movie, so it can't be all that serious. ALIEN 5 took place in Outer Space. At the end of A5,(as Alien fans could probably guess) Ripley barely escapes alive with Bishop, but little do they know... there is an infected stowaway aboard their ship!"

Well I recently had an interview with Stoppable, who is incharge of a new AVP fan film called Deadly Species:
"Corpral Hicks- Tell us abit about the story of this movie.
Stoppable-3 preds one blooded and 2 nobloods is send down to the planet to hunt.they meet xenomorphs and much bitter fighting stands before them."
Unfortunetly due to language reasons Stoppable didn't understand some of the stuff I asked and have corrected as much as I can but it's still readable. Check it out. Also expect to see this movie in the AVP Fan Film section soon enough.
New chapter posted.

Hey guys, It's been awhile since I posted anything here but I had some time and posted chapter three, The Murders begin, to my predator and daredevil crossover, Dare to Kill a Daredevil.
The chapter isn't long, like the others, but I'll be adding more chapters shortly.

Junior drove the barrel of his Beretta 96 Centurion further onto the ex-gang member's head, Brick, or as he now was called, Gary.

Gary was an ex-gang member of the 8-Balls, having betrayed his gang by giving some information to the cops that later on led to a sting, a drug bust.

They both were wearing the attire of baggy name brand jeans, expensive shoes and rock band T-shirts, their large hairy arms colored in tattoos. Branded onto Junior's right hand was the emblem of an eight ball, as Gary's branding of his gang had been cut away by the very members of his gang leaving a large nasty round scar.

The ex-gang member was on his knees, his eyes tightly shut and teeth gritting. "They set me up man!" He pleaded, "I was black mailed!"

AC.com recieved news of the AVP footage being shown at the Starfest.
"I just saw the AvP presentation and it was AWESOME! It showed footage from the film, which looks sweeter than hell, and also a cast featurette (Lance Henrickson was there). I got a promo coin that says AvP on it, and has Aliens & Predator on both sides; a promo hat that says Weyland Industries on it. The footage featured clips from the movie that have never been shown before, it showed the Predator's weapons and what they look like. And it had a quick little scene with the three preds on the top of the pyrimid fighting the aliens. I'll get you the pics shortly. Is that cool, or is that cool?!"
We need some pictures of those coins.
Statues!

Palisades Toys have posted some info and a picture on their new AVP statues:
