These are the marines that survived the Pillar Of Autumn and the crash landings on Halo. They can be a help to you during certain parts of the game.
Marines- These marines are the only survivors from the pillar of autumn besides you and captain Keyes. The Pillar Of Autumn was home to the militarys finest marines. They were mans best hope of defeating the covenant. But then the pillar of autumn was attacked by the covenant and the marines could not stand it. The master chief helped the living marines escape of the Pillar Of Autumn. A good number of marines survived from the Pillar of Autumn attack and its crash landing on halo.
Captain Keyes- This is the commander of the Pillar of Autumn. He had gained instant fame and recognition after he helped the survivors of a attack on one of the militarys battlecruisers get off alive. Up to the whole Pillar of Autumn incident he had been serving in the military for 26 years. He is known to be a great strategist and commander.
Cortana- She is the Pillar of Autumn's AI. She is uploaded into your suit and helps you during your journey. She was created based off of the personality of the scientist which started the spartan program. Shes a hot headed bot who likes to be vague and likes sneak in to places shes not supposed to be. Like certain areas of the USCM restricted area. She also has a kinda bratty personality. But for the most part shes a great help in the game.
The only other marine is Master Chief. There will soon be an article on him up.
