They both teach the essentials needed to come out on top in a fight. I would focus more on Krav Maga. But the players in the NFL are much better athletes. Probably because they wear pads. I played both and the rugby games were always tougher on the body. Shar do you know anything about Homer the Elephant seal in NZ.? Ecspecially organised games. I love being able to bowl people over and hear them hit the ground. No Homer is just a rogue seal he had a really bad itch and the close to 3 ton animal used peoples cars to scratch himself. There was something on realtv about that.
