what exactly are the stages of xenos as they grow. i know of all the usuall ones but what about the periods in between them like juvinile form. please anser becuase i need these ideas for my story.

Well we never really see all the fases of a aliens development in the movies and I'm more big on preds but guess there should be something in a comic or book somewhere that someone can tell you about.

Well, as I did S'liithy's development in DoX 1:

Facehugger
Chestburster - stayed in host at least a week, most queens do. Normal burster takes a day or less, dependent on circumstances.
Young Queen - at a day old she was size of a large dog, at two days she was bigger than human, at three days she was fully mature.
Mature Queen - started laying at around four days old. 16 ft tall at this stage.

I just watched one deleted scene from ALIEN on DVD and it shows dallas and brett being stuck to the wall. Brett is transforming into an egg and dallas is slowly transforming, and asks to be killed. When does this come into the lifecycle, humans transforming into eggs?

Preliator is right on that one they removed it from the original movie so its not cannon and they never make meantion of it in any of the other movies so it doesn't count.

If they had been cocooned up and kept in a coma just for food at a later date, it would have been much more believable, a lone alien would quite probably remove any danger to itself by doing that as quickly as possible. Once fastened up tight, they would no longer be a threat to the alien's welfare, and could be munched on at its leisure. Also, by keeping them alive and immobilised, it means the food is always fresh!
