now i wanted to discuss slofs alien community. how they live how they interact and why we couldnt be more like there society. i mean slof does have a point. what is the big deal about sex. why do you have to go through all the waste of time to just get to the sex. its not all that is to relation ship but thats why a lot of relaition ships even start. now why couldnt we just have sex like we play games. its not all that different if you think about it. it is recreational activity almost like a sport. if this is an inappropriate thread theni am sorry. please tell me and then i will, will, will, well i dont really know what i will do. well the relationship between xeno (not alien) communities are vastly different. they can not be compared. xenos have not shame. they no nothing of the word. humans are devious buggers. they keep secrets. xenos, thanz to the hive mind can't do that and they don't need to. when they want somethign they will suceed in getting it. as a famous quote from S'liithsss:

The big deal with sex? Where do you start

What I was trying to portray with this statement that S'liithy made:

"we mate when we want to mate, we sleep when we want to sleep, and we eat when we feel hungry."

was that aliens have no taboos at all like humans do, to them sex is no different from any other natural thing that they do. Only humans have hang-ups about it; animals don't, they just get on with it. I used the same sort of thing to make them less human-like - I've struggled to keep them from becoming too humanised as it is. Some of S'liithy's love of it comes from my own lack of sexual shyness - like her, it's a perfectly natural part of life to me, and essential to my well-being too.

sex should never be thought of as a tabboo or anyhting like that not these days any way. there is nothing to be shy about it is completely natural and good for body and mind.
xenos are by far the suprior race of this galaxcy. they don't bitch, they don't fight(only over mating rights which may seem primative but is perfectly legitament). and most of all they respect every single member of the hive. no insults, no shameful secrets. nothing. THE PERFECT RACE.

sex and swear words - the 2 biggest taboos in the european and otherwise english-speaking world.

sex - a prefectly natural occurance. in fact, without it, we wouldnt even exist (duh!! ). so why make a big deal of it? 'oh no, we cant let our children look at porn!' say parents, then pay for sex ed classes with diagrams showing genitalia. that a bit wierd to you?

(see? i have to censor them!!!) all swearwords, 'bad bad bad.' why? they are just alternate names for natural things, necessary to life. is it because of what they represent, instead of what they mean? oh dear. that would mean we cant say oops, darn, crap, ow, ouch, fudge and other similar words. they all mean basically the same thing in that kind of context.

stoopid, aint it no offense to any adults reading this, but adults are quite often very stupid. in their attempts to protect their 'poor, innocent children,' they forget that nowadays the kids probably know as many (if not more) swear words than their olds, and started to learn about sex at about age 10.

'they're not mature enough for that kind of thing' so what? as i said, we know it all already, its a bit late to say we arent allowed to learn it. whatcan parents do? nothing. so why are they still trying to do something they cant fix? if they wanna help, dispel the myths, dont pretend they dont exist and screw up the poor kids life.
