I suffer from this from time to time, it's most noticeable after long stints at the keyboard - just lately it has been plaguing me quite painfully. It's usually just my right wrist, but i also get it down the tendons in my hands and fingers after long gaming sessions. Been hurting me all day today, but I can't stop - got the ideas spilling so I must type....

Ah, the price of art, pain. I used to get it lots back a while but since then ive learned just to go with it and relax, dont overdue it.
