All I can say is *wow*. I normally look into a game before I buy it (checking the ratings, asking around, etc) to make sure I'll be getting my money's worth... but I was sick of doing that so I just bought BloodRayne one day on impulse, not knowing what to expect at all. And what a wonderfully suprise I got.

I applaud whoever made this game; there is so much packed into this awesome, nonstop-action/horror game, that I don't know where to start. Even the many minute details, such as a frog hopping along in the grass, or moths fluttering around the lamplights, all make this game a really great experience to play. The story is creative, way over-the-top, and unbelievably twisted. The game itself revolves around a half-human, half-vampire young woman, who is on a mission to kill Nazis and mutants and all sorts of unholy things. The Nazis are searching for supernatural things to take over the world with, and it's your job to stop them. I kicked open a box in a later level, only to find the Ark of the Covenant inside! Those little details are so cool! The game plays like a Matrix/Crouching-Tiger-Hidden-Dragon crossbreed, with more eccentric gore than anything I've ever played before. The monsters, especially the ones found in Argentina, are gruesome and terrifying. Nazis are more fun to kill than ever, even Wolfenstein can't compare.

*Whew*... I'm not even halfway through the game, and already I can recommend this as a great buy for anyone that likes violence, monsters, killing Nazis, and Lara Croft!

Anyone else played it? It really is a treat to play, I'd name it the #1 best Guilty-Pleasure game of all time.

And I'm at the final boss(es) of 'BloodRayne'... my god, this game is tough! Not as hard as 'The Thing', though, which my computer keeps ignoring when I put in the hard drive...

i have to say u are so right cuz BloodRayne is a Krazy game and i enjoyed to cut scenes and if anyone wants or HASN'T played the game i strongly rec. that u should b-cuz its a all out insane game and this game should be played by the best of the best thx for listen

Bloodrayne could off been petter for vampire fans its great, but (i have only played the demo) was not very great i hoped it would bee much better and i am vampire fan.
