A wicked fun Half Life mod that involves team strategy and realistic/futuristic (if you can combine those ) settings.

Basically Marines vs Aliens...oh my oh my how familiar...only this game is about collecting resources and building hives/securing hives and building structures etc...basically an RTS...but FPS! wow, amazing combination of the two with incredible versatility and diversity amoung playing classes and tech trees.

the only down side is that the game play can be a bit repeditive at times, however the next major update promises to fix this as well as add some incredible new features you'll have to look for it to get more details, cause I'm to lazy to paste the website

Man yet another Half Life mod!! i will have to get a hold of it and have a look!! i am a fan of RTS games!! But still perfer the old FPS!!

Love RTS eh? well then you should play the commander for the Marines, because the interface is exactly like an RTS, you drop structures and decide whats to be upgraded and the marines build it and go to your waypoints to guard your resources. You're just not fighting against a computer though, the other enemy units are real people out to destroy you and everything you build (I love playing the aliens myself)
