if you haven't gotten it to work yet. try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. if it doesn't work then. Then check the problem list that appears. do this before you uninstall and reinstall. if you can't get it to work from that then do th uninstal and reinstall. if that does'nt work check with tech support.

you could also try getting a new computer or new video card or just deleting some stuff on your computer
