I knopw you all know this anywayz, but I just have to say it... alien5 is a possibility!!!
Anewho, what I'm asking is: What style would you like to see in this movie.
Personally, I'd like to see the aliens "shoot em' up" action style. I just love explosions

I want wall to wall aliens, and Queenie strutting her funky stuff - and of course - THE ALIENS WINNING for a change!!!!!!!

Ventilating humans all over the place, turning them into baby food, and just generally being their usual cool selves

Hey, aliens win sometimes... like in aliens where they kick the marines asses in the first battle.
But maybe it might be the last alien movie, so you would think that one species will terminate the other for good.

As long as it's not the aliens who all die, I'm happy!

As long as there is a decent story-line, back up with a good idea why everyone is in trouble then the amount of action should go hand-in-hand with everything else.

I do like fast action, (ie Aliens), but then again taking it abit slow has its advantages (ie Alien). I just don't want to pay

Acually, now that I think about it, i hope the humans lose(or whatever). It would be kinda cool to see the Aliens kick the humans asses.

Well normally we do see aliens kicking human ass then a few minutes later human kick alien ass and in the end human win but it would be interesting to have the aliens win for once.

The beauty of the Alien is its similarities to insects, were the individual does not matter, but the survival of the hive (and its Queen).

So, when a marine shouts "Hey, I got one!!!", someone should shout back "Hey, there are another ten thoused brothers of his reaty to rip your head off!".

The 'normal value' of eliminating a single enemy goes right out the window here. They breed & grow much faster then we could replace the marines so the Alien drone becomes even less valuble as a kill to the military command......

Slof this got me thinking how bout doing alien 5 before alien this would show the aliens winning & u get to c ur queen grow from a small facehugger & it would show how they keep the hive warm etc wot day thing ?

yes the marines ALWAYS seem to make a tremendous comeback some how. They start off going into a battle, getting their asses kicked and then a few minutes later their back in the fight with about 4 of them left and they still manage to kill all the aliens.

They must be cheating somehow! Damn if only the producers were'nt on the humans side!

Damn those marines and there sneaky ways! We'll gettem eventually though, THEY CAN'T HIDE FROM ME!!!

The Aliens effectively won Alien3, with everyone dead except Morse - who wasn't the most likeable chap - and audiences generally hated that film.

You simply couldn't sell a film where the Aliens stomp all over everyone (like Aliens) with no reprieve (unlike Aliens). Alien nuts like us might like to see something like this but a wider audience wouldn't, and ultimately they're the people you have to sell it to.

I tend to wince in sympathetic pain when the Aliens get shot or burned in the movies.

Which is kind of odd considering I don't have any such reaction to the humans getting hurt.

Well guess the directors have a choice lets aliens win and perhaps fail or lets marines win and perhaps fail, but this time the change or failing is smaller. Doesn’t take a genius to see who they going to choose.

This is a very intersting thread, though sadly with the impending approach of AvP it seems all things Alien 5 have have been put aside for now. But I do hope it happens cos I feel there is still a great story to he told...and a saga really does need to be brought to an end.

I'm here to defend humanity in this topic. Both sides are equally capable of killing the other side in mass numbers. (the aliens by ambushing and raiding Marine patrols and vice-versa by demoliting large xeno inhabited areas with munitions)

I personally hope the COPRS wins. However, it would be a cool twist for the ending if they lose. If they do lose, I hope they go down swinging, FIGHT TILL DEATH! LAST MAN STANDING!

Now if the aliens become a large threat on earth and start killing people, after about....20million dead people the nations will all unite and go to great lengths to win the war. They would resort to Martial Law, and even consider nuking some countries to save the planet.

BUT I STILL WANNA SEE THE LEATHERNECKS GET SOME!!!
