Thank you to Corpral Hicks for telling me about this. Apparantly some avid fans make a 2D version of halo. They made it completely from scratch. Every pixel was hand drawn. These guys arent doing this to make money or anything like that. They just like the old arcade games. If you are interested then go check out their site here
