ok. now i have had a lot of shit thrown my way and i have thrown alot other ways. now i want to know what some of u have against me. i wont respond nastily or anything. so feel free to tear me apart. i want to knwo what daggle, red, the site mods and anybody else has agianst me. if u dont have anything then dont come on to this. i dont care if anybody thinks this is a bad idea. please site mods. dont close this. i just want to know what u people have agianst me.

A fair question, a fair reply, as I've been mostly watching this whole mess the forums have become from a distance and decided not to get to involved. My (rather neutral) observations:

1) The main point of criticque: You like to hand it out
to people with both hands, but can't take anything
(not even fair, honest criticism) yourself.

2) Everytime a thread gets out of hand and the mud-
slinging starts, it's ALWAYS everybody elses fault.

3) You launch personal attacks at people and ask others to join in, and then pretend you didn't mean it, blame your 'bad mood today', your 'not being tall enough', etc., etc., etc.. Everybody always has to under-
stand you, while I'm getting the impression *you're*
never making an effort of understanding others.

4) Your occasionally very *bossy*/ *I'm the God of this
site*-tone doesn't help, either.

I'm sure I'm in for one hell of a reply and probably degressed in your opinion from a "smart" person to a cockrorach, but you asked.

no i dont think that your any less of a smart person. on a lot of these things your right. and i will try and change my self to them for the better. but u are in for a big reply. 1) i do take critisism badly. your right. i will try and start taking it better. 2) on soem threads i might have said that it was everybody elses fualt. but not on all. i do take the blame also. i include mark and me in a lot of things. i do take the blame. now on some of the threads i do think it was red and daggles fualt. they said something in there usual im better then you are tones. and that gets to me. im sorry it just does and i cant and wont even try to help myself get better there.
3) i dont really have a comment on that. but i will try and start understanding people more.
4) i have admitted to this before. some times i do get rather bossy. i will admit to it agian. im sorry and i will try and improve on that.
i did ask for this. i am glad that you came out and told me strait in the face that these are what you think i need to improve on. i respect that in a person. i think that your even smarter now. it takes a bright and calm mind to say these things in the polite and tactful way that you did. again i respect you even more.

Well, I must admit I'm surprised - pleasantly, this time.
Maybe, if we all try (and yes, RD and Daggle, I mean you too, even though I know you're nice guys and I like to chat with both of you, but you *did* contribute to the mud-slinging on this site occasionally, too - I have to be fair here), we may yet get back at least part of the feeling that made this site so nice a year ago (I'm probably being too optimistic here, but heck, why not?).

hey thats what i have been tryign to do with my failed cheer forums. they were a great idea by acid death and then each of them just became a battle field. no i also hope that we can get this site to its once nice and fun self. i think it is just in a dip. so anybody else have anything that they think i need to improve on. please u dont have to put it as tactfully as AQ did. just tell me it. and i will try and change.
