At 1400 hours this morning, 12 marines were dispatched to the remains of Gateway to perform a routine checkup on the nest there. All were killed in the line of duty, as expected.



None of their families knew how they had actually died. Nor do any of the families on Earth know that Gateway has been infected. I want to know how close the creatures have to go before we'll let people know that the aliens are not contained?



I request permission to deploy the 14th Berserker Squadron in an attempt to contact the only species we know of who have fought the aliens as well as us.

This report was made to the International USM Core council by Commander Paulo Vantana. Four weeks later, all contact was lost with him and the 14th Berserker Squadron, as well as their Vessel, the Agipolo.



Their last transmission was deemed top level classified by the council moments before they were all deemed MIA.
