If i would like to bot more then 1 custom map rez file in the command line, then how can i but 2 rez files on the command line

Ok say your file is in your main avp2 folder called MYMAPS.rez, the command line would be:
-rez MYMAPS.rez
if it's in a subfolder (e.g custom) then it would be:
-rez custom/MYMAPS.rez
hope you understand that
As for 2 command lines.. it would be
-rez de_dust.rez -rez MYMAPS.rez
(for example)
You just need a space between them and act like it's a fresh command line

or, if you want to be absolutely sure it'l work, do this:
-rez custom/jungle.rez , -rez custom/de_dust.rez
-rez custom/jungle.rez , -rez custom/de_dust.rez

you dont have to put a comma, just a space between each line

in the tutorial i found on planet avp it said to put a comma in *shrugs*

You could download the Custom Map Pack 4 and activate over 200 maps with 1 command line.
