We've got so many ppl called hicks in this community. Anyway, one of them is starting work on the Hadley's hope campaign (see the main page for info) and i expect some of you to get your asses over to your "create new message" areas of your various email clients, and send him a mail with your various skill.

Skinners

Mappers

Texture artists

Sound/Audio creators

People willing to mess with code. This part is probably one of the more essential as there are so many things that need changing with the game (for example - the welding torch doesnt actually weld, It'd be nice to seal off some doors, possibly re-disabling movement with the minigun etc) Of course, these are only ideas, so move over there like you've got a purpose marines!
